VIÑA ARTESANO MASTERCLASS
FLOWER-POWERED PRECISION WINEMAKING

Join renowned winemaker Alberto Antonini and the drinks business Editor-in-Chief, Patrick Schmitt MW, for the UK launch of Viña Artesano, an innovative and exciting new range of wines that is redefining Argentina’s fine wine landscape, with sustainability at its very core.
The culmination of more than five years of extensive research into soil and vineyard ecology, Viña Artesano’s ground-breaking approach harnesses nature’s own ability to enhance biodiversity and achieve natural balance in the vineyard, in turn delivering better wines. Taken from plots where the marriage of ecology and sustainable winemaking yielded optimal results, Viña Artesano has developed a range of outstanding wines – named after the flower species used to regulate each unique ecosystem: Nassella in Gualtallary, Achillea in Paraje Altamira, and Gazania in Alto Agrelo.
Alberto and Patrick will lead a tutored tasting of five wines from these distinctive terroirs and discuss the power of agroecology, micro-plotting, science and innovation in fine and sustainable winemaking.
Places are limited and pre-registration is essential. Click here to request your place.
