Purchased by the Dei Micheli family in 1995, the domaine has 30 hectares of vineyards at Caprino Veronese. The wine, very pale peach in colour, has lovely white peach and white cherry fruit, with a floral note. Dry and light bodied, the palate is well-defined and balanced with racy acidity and good length. A attractive wine to partner lime-marinated ceviche. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
