The Corvezzo family were the first fully organic private producer of Prosecco and Pinot Grigio in Italy. Today, under a young, dynamic team, they farm 195 hectares in the Veneto and other Italian regions. This delightful wine shows a pale, lemon-green hue and melon, peach and green fig fruit. The light-bodied palate’s sweet fruit is framed by lively acidity. Good concentration and length make this a great accompaniment to carrot mousse topped with samphire, fresh peas and young carrots in a lemon vinaigrette. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
