The 1955 Collection pays tribute to the first Treviso family farm purchased in that year. From its sustainable business to the organic and vegan vineyards and winery, Corvezzo has made an impact on the local environment and the lives of their employees and neighbours. This wine, a vineyard blend of Pinot Grigio and other varieties, is light and aromatic, with lime and tangerine citrus fruit and hints of lemon blossom and salinity. Nearly dry, the palate has good intensity of flavour, balanced by lively acidity. Youthful, the wine will work with a summery ceviche of salmon with crunchy tomato and cucumber mayonnaise.
