The Cantina Viticoltori di Trentino began in 1950 and today comprises 11 co-operative wineries and 5,250 winegrowers across Trentino-Alto Adige. This wine is exemplary, showing a pale, lime green colour and white orchard fruits with a tangerine zest overtone. Dry, the palate is light-bodied and framed by lively acidity, with lemonlime notes following through on the finish. Delicious to pair with asparagus, tarragon and parsley risotto.
