Tasting notes:
The Hill Pinot Grigio vineyards stretch out across a 50-metre-high elevation to the south of Magrè on grey clay soils, giving a distinct minerality to the wine. Pale-ish yellow-gold in colour, the wine shows peach and apricot fruit with accents of yellow roses and chalk. Dry, mid-weight, the palate has good concentration and creamy texture, balanced by fresh acidity and a touch of earthiness. An excellent match for creamy seafood lasagne. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
