Tasting notes:
A very pale salmon pink, this organic rosé is light and fresh, with a chalky, saline character, subtle herbal notes and pear and apple fruit, as well as a touch of peach and cherry. Finely phenolic, lingering and refreshing, with some firm acidity on the finish. An elegant, complex rosé with real delicacy. Patrick Schmitt MW
