Tasting notes:
Lemon yellow. Creamy on the palate, with fine mousse, sweet apple, good texture and fruit concentration, then some firm acid bite on the finish. Clean, well balanced and lingering, though not notably autolytic. A fine English blanc de blancs from a first-rate Champagne house. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
