Today 72% of Telmont\'s vineyards are in organic agriculture, preserving biodiversity and reducing CO2 emissions with the aim to have Net Zero by 2050. This wine, part of Telmont\'s \'In the Name of Mother Nature\' Project, is a beautiful Rosé. Mid-salmon in colour with a persistent pétillance , the wine has bright cherry and cranberry fruit with a hint of fresh yeast. Brut, the medium-bodied palate is framed by racy acidity and velvet mousse texture. Nicely defined and with good length, there is a touch of astringency giving extra structure.
