Established in 1912, Telmont has long produced a range of fabulous Champagnes from its terroir in Damery.  Since 2021 Telmont, with its \'In the Name of Mother Nature\' Project, has put increasing emphasis on organic wines and this exciting wine is one of the results. Medium yellow-gold in hue with tiny bubbles, the wine shows green apple, peach and pear fruit with hazelnut and bready overtones. Brut in style, the mid-weight palate has exceptional concentration, definition and balance. The flavours are framed by bracing acidity and brittle mousse. Textured and layered, the wine has a savoury note on the finish, suggesting pairing with robust fish, such as swordfish or even shark. [Patricia Stefanowicz MW]
