Tasting notes:

Querciabella, \'Beautiful Oak\', has been managing 8.5 ha of Casole vineyards within the Lamole UGA since 2020. The vines are planted at 500-650m across steep historic terraces on calcareous, sandy, well-drained soils of Macigno del Chianti interspersed with clay and schist. This wine, medium ruby-hued, has elegant sweet red berry aromatics with accents of raspberry jam, blood orange, vanilla pod and crushed red roses. The pristine palate shows red cherry and Victorian plum fruit framed by bracing acidity and dense silky tannins. Layered, textured and lingering, this is a beautiful wine.
