Tasting notes:
A fine Prosecco with inviting notes of peach and pear on the nose. The palate has a gently sweet, fruity core of ripe orchard fruits, a fine mousse and a bitter, zesty, chalky finish. Very good persistence, and a delicious tank-method sparkling wine. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
