On the nose, it shows ripe peach, white grape, and orchard fruit aromas, with hints of ginger and delicate white flowers. The palate is semi-sweet, with brisk acidity providing freshness and lift. Flavours of honeyed pear and Mirabelle plum emerge, supported by a creamy mousse and a gentle grip. The wine has fair length, though the balance between the confected, estery fruit and residual sugar feels slightly uneven, leading to a somewhat soft finish.
