Tasting notes:
Intensely sweet, floral and grapey, with clementine, tangerine, overripe orange, raisins and an aged caramel character. Fine, frothy bubbles and delicate phenolics provide balance and a refreshing finish, despite the intensity. Complex, appealing and persistent. Perhaps best with cheese. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
