Tasting notes:
Pale onion skin in colour, there is pomegranate and Williams pear notes on the nose, with hints of dried apricot, lingonberries and blackcurrant, and an appealing spicy edge. On the palate it has lovely depth with refreshing acidity, a creamy lees note and very good length. Juicy, appealing and delicious. (Siobhan Turner MW)
