The nose is earthy with hints of development, possibly influenced by a touch of brettanomyces, which adds an intriguing layer to its aromatic profile. On the palate, it reveals a soft and fleshy texture, complemented by a medley of spices that enhance its good ripeness. The fruit is nicely framed, showcasing a full-bodied structure with impressive length. While there are reductive and green notes that add an ethereal quality, the palate is dominated by flavours of bitter cherries, ripe plums, and an array of spices on the finish.
