Tasting notes:
Deep lemon with a touch of gold. Honey and toffee apple on the nose. The palate has an aged, caramelised character, with stewed fruit and pineapple too. The bubble are fine and there’s some bite on the finish. Apple at the core, with a dry, crisp edge and plenty of energy. Good value. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
