Tasting notes:
Lemon yellow with a touch of evolution. Honey, almost caramel, with ripe apple on the nose. The palate is creamy, with fine bubbles and a fresh, dry finish. Evolved but not oxidised, with good depth and balance. Lingering and easy to drink, and a good quality, as well as relatively good value pure Chardonnay from Champagne. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
