Tasting notes:
This Aussie producer is seemingly incapable of making anything less than a lovely wine, even at relatively low prices. While best known for its whites and reds based on Chardonnay and Shiraz, this rosé is a lovely example of something a little different from Downunder. Mixing characters of ripe strawberry and sweet apple, with some dried mint, white pepper, and sour cherry, it’s fruity but refreshing, with some fine phenolics on the finish to gently dry the palate.
