Tasting notes:
From three distinct terroirs of Château Minuty along the St Tropez coast comes this lovely ‘rose and gold’ wine. Aptly named, the wine has an exceedingly pale gold colour with just a soupçon of vieux rose. It is packed with red berry fruits and a hint of tangerine in the aromatics, while the light-bodied palate shows good intensity of flavours balanced by lively acidity and citrus lift.
