On the palate, it is a Brut with a light body and a velvety mousse, demonstrating good concentration and length. Flavours of lemon zest and light toasty nuances emerge, alongside red apple, pear, and a hint of peach. The finish is clean and refreshing, marked by a pronounced zestiness, with vibrant notes of lime and sherbert.
