Tasting notes:
Pale appearance, fine beads in the glass and a thick layer of bubbles on the surface. The nose is refined, and complex, with strawberry, rhubarb, hazelnuts and grapefruit galore. There’s a juicy core of fruit on the palate, which has a luxuriant texture. This is a very serious example of Prosecco with brilliant balance and fruit bursting on an intense finish. (David Round MW)
