Nestled in the hills of western Sonoma Valley, Marimar Estate produces a fantastic range of wine, including this stunning Pinot Noir from the Don Miguel vineyard in Russian River Valley. Mid-deep ruby with a hit of garnet on the rim, the wine exudes pretty red berry fruit and creamy oak. The very spicy palate has crisp acidity and velvet-textured tannins with coffee-bean accent and a sappy, savoury finish. An elegant wine that will be a good pairing for boeuf bourguignon.
