Tasting notes:

Pale salmon. no oaky aromatics on the nose, but strong citric aromas. This high-end expression uses 55 year-old vines to yield a palate that’s intense, with lemon and white cherry, fresh, but not green. Lingering notes of zest and a touch of creaminess too. Rather delicious, though austere in style; lingering and likeable. (Siobhan Turner MW)
