Tasting notes:
A super-drinkable red with depth and persistence, this Central Otago-sourced Pinot Noir strikes a lovely mid-point between being soft yet lively; ripe while refreshing. Flavour-wise it’s rich in characters ranging from black cherry and raspberry to dried herbs and a tomato stalk, then milk chocolate and toast. The finish is lingering, with some fine tannin to add a dry edge after the sweet fruit. Patrick Schmitt MW
