Quite a frothy mousse to this, with a thick layer of bubbles lingering in the glass. Intense on the nose, with peach, apricot, green cucumber and a breath of sea breeze. The palate is fleshy, with floral and pear notes and a touch of sweetness balanced with fresh acidity. A creamy-textured, ripe wine showing a huge amount of charm. (David Round MW)
