Tasting notes:
Deep lemon-gold colour. Oxidative and evolved, with sour apple and bruised fruit notes. Rich yet very fresh and dry, with strong phenolic grip, coffee cream and grilled nuts. Complex, smoky and unusual, with a firm, slightly austere finish. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
