Pale in colour with a persistent, fine mousse, this has a clean, fruit-driven nose with green apples, lemon zest and peach aromas. Subtly toasted almond and brioche notes come through on the palate, which has a fleshy texture and really good freshness. This is a very lively, classic Prosecco with impressive elegance and refinement. (David Round MW)
