Tasting notes:
Pale in colour, with vigorous, fine streams of bubbles, the nose is fresh, open, floral and refined, with lemon zest, tangerine and melon. The palate is juicy and fresh, with peach and apricot fruit to the fore, backed by fine acidity on the finish. This is a beautifully textured wine with very good length that is particularly impressive value. (David Round MW)
