Tasting notes:
Pale lemon in colour, this dry white shows ripe pear on the nose with a light creamy note. The palate combines Sémillon weight with Sauvignon freshness: pear and a hint of pineapple sit alongside citrus, with a subtle green pea note and fine phenolic grip. Oak is present but measured, adding a light touch of vanilla. The finish is persistent. Youthful, with good balance between texture and freshness. Patrick Schmitt MW
