Tasting notes:
An exceptional Rosé, this is a lively, elegant wine. The colour is medium salmon-pink with small bubbles and a narrow cordon. A bouquet of lovely cherry fruit with smoky autolytic overlay leads to the Brut style (12g/l r.s.) palate, framed by bracing acidity, crackling mousse texture and a hint of tannic grip.
