This New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc presents a very pale lemon hue, leading with an aromatic bouquet of floral notes and elderflower, complemented by a subtle hint of reduction. On the palate, the wine reveals a pleasing sweetness, showcasing flavours of blackcurrant leaf and elderflower cordial, while a refreshing finish is marked by crunchy bell pepper. The palate further delights with a vibrant mix of sweet passion fruit and pear, all underpinned by a crisp, green bite.
