Tasting notes:
A gently smoky nose with a faint sulphidic edge. The palate is ripe and fruit-driven, offering notes of pineapple and pink grapefruit, alongside cream and brioche. The finish is very dry, with a crisp green apple character and a slightly phenolic, grippy edge. Some developing notes of creamy coffee emerge with air. Well-structured and expressive, though with a pronounced dry edge relative to its fruit core. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
