The grapes for this exquisite Champagne come solely from Grand Cru vineyards: seven on the Montagne de Reims and five in the Côte des Blancs. The wine is blended and aged on the lees for over ten years. Mid-gold in colour with tiny, persistent bubbles, the wine exudes yellow fruits and wild strawberries with toasty undertone. Quite mature, the mid-weight palate has racy acidity and velvet mousse texture underpinning the concentrated flavours.
