Tasting notes:
The very slight pinkish tinge and raspberry on the nose points to the Pinot Noir in this lovely Blanc de Noirs. The nose also shows a lovely lime zest and brioche character, and the palate is textured and ripe. It has a savoury biscuity-ness that suggests a great food pairing opportunity, such as a saltimbocca of red mullet with deep fried sage leaves. (Siobhan Turner MW)
