Tasting notes:
Salmon pink. Appealing nose of fresh strawberry. The palate has ripe red berry, a touch of raspberry jam and sweet apple, with gentle creaminess, persistent fine bubbles and a clean, fresh finish. Not obviously autolytic. Youthful, well made and crowd-pleasing with good energy. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
