Tasting notes:
Appealing, creamy aromatics with a hint of stone fruit. The palate offers ripe citrus – grapefruit – peach and a touch of pineapple, with creaminess, a hint of nuttiness, finely chalky grip and zesty freshness. Starting to evolve, but with plenty of energy. Lingering and layered. A great find from outside the benchmark traditional-method sparkling wine region. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
