Tasting notes:
Pale straw colour, with a powerful, fine-bubbled mousse. The nose is biscuity with honeyed baked apples underneath. On the palate it is fresh and youthful, with high acidity and medium body, with a pleasing zesty kick, a very well-balanced and integrated dosage and good length. A very enjoyable wine.
