Pale lemon in appearance with persistent beads of fine bubbles. The nose brims with passion fruit, ripe nectarine and peach tinged with floral, lime zest and almond notes. Flavours on the palate include grapefruit, lemon and brioche. This is dry, really refined, focussed and well-balanced, with lovely purity of fruit. (David Round MW
