Tasting notes:
The white-tailed sea eagle symbolises origin and foresight as an anchor for the region around Neuseidlersee. This wine, with oak in the forefront, exhibits a pale lemon-green hue and plenty of white peach and pineapple fruit. The palate is light-bodied and linear in style, with racy acidity and allspice and cinnamon accents. A very good match is house-made tapenade with roast sweet potato and fresh goat’s cheese.
