Tasting notes:
Deep lemon-yellow. Nutty aromatics with butter, cream and peach. The palate echoes this, adding a hint of coconut husk alongside the cream and stone fruit, with an orangey acidity and fine phenolics bringing a dry, mouth-watering edge. Lingering and fresh, as well as creamy and zesty, this has the structure to be age-worthy, even if it’s delicious now. Patrick Schmitt MW
