On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied texture that is both broad and almost luscious, showcasing flavours of ripe orchard fruits such as peach and mango, complemented by a touch of honey and nutty undertones. The wine is bone dry with a mid-high acidity that provides a refreshing backbone, while fine chalky phenolics add a grippy texture.
