Clear and pale in appearance with fine streams of bubbles, this has a beautifully refined nose with quince, nectarine, lemon zest and cherry blossom. The palate is off-dry, with really good ripeness of peach and apricot fruit allied to a racy freshness. This is a rich, elegant, complex wine with creamy texture and a long finish. (David Round MW)
