Tasting notes:
Coral pink in colour, with a lively mousse. The nose is an enticing buttered raspberry brioche with a touch of lemon zest. On the palate it is medium-dry, with crisp acidity and rich mid-palate fruit, yet remaining elegant and refined, with very good length on the finish. (Siobhan Turner MW)
