Tasting notes:
A \'silky-textured\' Rosé from Champagne Pannier, this wine shows a medium vieux rose hue and is packed with strawberry and pomegranate fruit with crushed red roses and red rhododendron accents. Brut (12g/l r.s.), the light-bodied palate is appetising with racy acidity, great flavour definition, and good persistence and length. Definitely a \'food wine\', this wine has the grippiness to work with fois gras. [Patricia Stefanowicz MW]
