Tasting notes:
Pale lemon in colour, this gorgeous Champagne has a powerful mousse with fine bubbles. The nose is clean and shows some development, but with a fresh strawberry character and an appealing open toastiness. The palate is linear, textured and somewhat savoury, with crisp acidity and a lovely freshness in the mousse. (Siobhan Turner MW)
