Tasting notes:
An expressive and layered Champagne with gently evolved aromatics. The palate is intense and structured, showing notes of beeswax, nuts, and honey, alongside dried fruit, lemon, and pineapple. The finish is long and complex, with hints of caramelisation, toffee apple, and ginger spice. Despite its richness, it retains freshness and balance. A compelling and well composed cuvée.
