Tasting notes:

One of the world’s best value fine Pinots, the 20 Barrels expression from Chile’s Cono Sur has high-end appeal, but, relatively to the benchmarks, an affordable price. Taste-wise it’s bursting with raspberry and tomato fruit, allied to complementary characters of blood orange, vanilla-cream and a touch of charred wood, as well as some blackberry and dried mint. Layered, generous, with plenty of colour and weight by Pinot standards, but still soft and fresh. Patrick Schmitt MW
