Mid straw colour. Clean and fresh on the nose. There is a pronounced intensity of aroma. Lime, honey and diesel notes. Just starting to develop. The palate is dry, high in acidity and light bodied. Nice balance and texture. Mid length. Rapier-like finish. (Jonathan Pedley MW)
