Tasting notes:

A lovely expression from the Montage de Reims,comprising the Grands Crus of Mailly and Verzenay and Premiers Crus of Trépail, Villers-Mamery, Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne. The wine is medium yellow-gold in colour with tiny bubbles and exudes really concentrated yellow peach and apricot fruit with orange blossom and acacia and a brioche undertone. Brut style (6g/l r.s.), the full-bodied palate\'s intense flavours are balanced by lively acidity and crackling mousse texture and a hint of astringency giving added structure to the lengthy finish.
